Khachoed Pema Woeling’s mission is to preserve and promote Buddha dharma through study and practice of Buddha’s teachings in general and Dudjom Tersar lineage in particular; to make available dharma teachings and ritual services as required by the community.

Sponsorsing the Nuns:
Khamtrul Rinpoche often maintained that
in this degenerate times when when
serious practitioners are hard to find, the merits of sponsoring one Buddhist nun is
equivalent to sponsoring twenty Buddhist monks.
Choemi (Lamp) Offering – Lamps symbolize the clarity of wisdom. Offering lamps with prayers to dispell darkness and suffering of those in Bardo and lower realms are considered to be highly meritorious. Excellent facilities are available near the Stupa for those wishing to offer lamps for the deceased or on special days.
Puja Offerings –
Pujas for the deceased - Khachoed Pema Woeling nuns conduct ‘Shi-Tro’ puja for the deceased every new moon. Prayers for the deceased, especially within 49 days of their passing is considered to be important for the deceased’s journey to next life. Pujas for the deceased can be within 49 days or to mark anniversaries.
Pujas for long life and removal of obstacles – Prayers are offered to avert obstacles to good health, success, peace and long life. The monastery conducts Tara and Barche Lamsal puja every day. Upon request these pujas could be dedicated to specific individual(s), or a full day puja conducted of a particular deity.
